The qualification and employment unit at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a workshop entitled (job search skills: how to prepare a professional resume in Arabic and English) delivered by the lecturer (Asst.lect.Eman Hussam Hatem), on Monday,21/10/2024 in the building of the college of law.
The workshop aimed to teach participants how to write a strong and attractive resume in both Arabic and English to increase employment opportunities.
The workshop included several topics, including writing academic qualifications, writing job experience, writing certificates and training courses.
The workshop came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is that the resume should be drafted in a professional manner using a clear and direct professional language, focusing on strong verbs such as (Achieved, Managed, Developed) and then arranging the sections according to importance by highlighting the latest first.
