Sumer and Babylon, what comes before and after them, the cradle of civilization and laws, as the children of the Mesopotamian Valley continue to extend humanity with civilization and science to provide the world with knowledge.
For this reason, the law college sought (1908) to engrave law and justice on sheets of gold, and the college of law completed its career to continue from the clouds of the origins of laws closer to justice and more accurately with humanity so that tens of generations of children of this college manage most of the joints of legal work in the Iraqi state, as well as a number of academic institutions abroad.
