Professor Dr. Akram Mohammed Hussein participated in the private law at our college .In the workshop held by the Supreme Judicial Council to discuss the draft of Iraqi arbitration law entitled (Commercial Arbitration … its objectives … provisions … applications). And that’s on the corresponding Saturday 10/8/2024.
The workshop was attended by the vice president of the Federal Court of Cassation and a number of judges in the judicial supervision commission, judges of the courts of First Instance specialized in commercial cases in Baghdad, a member of the legal committee in the House of Representatives, and the vice president of the Iraqi Council of State.
The workshop dealt with studying the draft of Iraqi arbitration law and discussing its provisions and the comments received on it.
