The Public Law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar on published scientific research entitled (legal obstacles to tax collection in the field of electronic investment), delivered by the lecturer at the Public Law (Dr. Ban Salah Abdelkader), and in the presence of post-graduate students, on Thursday, 9/5/2024 to the model courtroom.
The seminar aims to introduce students to the most important points of joint research, which eliminates the forms of tax collection in the case of electronic investment in terms of the difficulty of determining the scope and determining the competent authority for collection and determining the responsibility of the violator of laws and instructions by leaving the investment from local to international borders.
