The rehabilitation and employment unit at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar entitled (pleading before the judiciary) delivered by the lecturer at the international law (asst.lect. Mohamed Ismail), on Thursday 2/5/2024 in the building of the college of law.
The seminar aims to educate students about the procedures for filing lawsuits before the Iraqi courts. The seminar included several topics, including how to file a lawsuit before personal and initial courts, the role of a lawyer in the stages of the case. The seminar came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to make university trips to the courts of all kinds for students of the first and second stages.
