The private law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar on a published scientific research entitled (The Mortgaged Property Holder’s Confrontation with the Mortgagor’s Authority to Track), delivered by the lecturer in the private law (Dr. Amer Ghanem Alwan), and in the presence of post-graduate students (PhD), on Wednesday 24/4/2024 in the building of the college of law.
The topic of the seminar dealt with the authority of the mortgaged creditor to trace the mortgaged property when disposing of it to the holder and the means provided by the law for the latter to confront that authority through an analytical look at the texts of the Civil Code and the real estate registration law.
