The private law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a seminar entitled (students discipline instructions) delivered by the lecturer in the private law (Dr. Nada Abdul Kadhim Hussein), on Sunday, 2024 / 4/ 14 on the model courtroom at the college.
The seminar aims to raise the awareness of the college students about the content of the obligations imposed on them and the responsibility resulting from their violation through the statement of the specific paragraphs of these obligations and the statement of the rule of their violation.
The seminar came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to achieve legal awareness of students about the laws related to them as students, and the most important of which are the instructions for disciplining students, including the importance of avoiding violations and the resulting effects negatively affecting their scientific career and their practical future.
