The college of law at the University of Baghdad discussed the doctoral dissertation in the international law of the student (Harith Abdul Rahman Mahmoud), marked with (international administrative decision), on Thursday, 2024/4/18 on the conference hall at the college.
The dissertation aims to deal with the topic of international administrative decision in depth in an effort to reach a general theory that is rooted for the International administrative decision from all corners in a situation similar to the administrative decision found in domestic legal systems, taking into account the specificity of international law.
The dissertation included three chapters, the first of which dealt with the concept of international administrative approval, the second chapter dealt with the pillars of the International administrative decision and its disadvantages, while the third chapter dealt with the mechanisms of control over the International administrative decision.
The dissertation came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the rooting of the administrative nature of the authority of the organization, and this issue is based on three elements, the most important of which is the organization and targeted the public benefit and public authority, all of which are available in international organizations, and suggested that the administrative rooting of the decision of the International Organization due to similarity with the characteristics of the administrative decision in the internal legal systems.
