The rehabilitation and employment unit at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar entitled (Time Management and outstanding performance), delivered by the lecturer at the Public Law (Dr. Saba Noman Rashid), on Tuesday, 2024/03/12 at the conference hall at the college.
The seminar aims to introduce researchers to the importance of time and how to organize it to achieve outstanding performance.
The seminar included several topics, including the definition of time and its types, types of performance, the value of time, success factors and its data, evaluating the organization of time and its impact on work.
The seminar came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is for the job seeker aiming for success to complete the accurate and comprehensive knowledge of his profession and the institution he wants to work in, and the consequences of this are to determine work priorities and organize time based on that, not to mention determining his personal priorities and the data of his future goals according to a strategic plan in order to reach the ultimate goal of his success and the success of the institution he wants to work in .
