The president of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Baha Ibrahim Kazim, visited the college of law and he was received by the dean of the college of law, professor Dr. Ali Hadi Atiyah, the assistants and the heads of the scientific branch on Tuesday, 2024/02/27 .
The visit began with the inauguration of the monument of Justice quoted from the era of Amer al moamineen (Ali Ibn Abu Talib ) to Malik al-Ashater, which embodies the distinction between justice and equity.
The artwork came in cooperation with the Academy of Fine Arts and the selection of the artist Majid Al-Hadithi using the mechanism of iron drilling and the adoption of Kufic letters and Al- Shanashil as a symbol of the ancient Kufa and the balance of justice to complete the artistic image.
At the end of the visit, the Deanship of the college extended thanks and appreciation to the president of the university for his kind visit, his high interest and great keenness on the development of the University and its formations.
