The private law at the college of law/ University of Baghdad held an activity that included a lecture to present a published research entitled (smart arbitration) by Dr. Jalil Hassan al-Saadi, in the presence of some lecturer of the private law and other branches as well as post-graduate students, on Tuesday, 20/2/2024 at the college of Law Building.
The lecturer discussed the concept of smart arbitration, its forms and conditions, as well as the legal implications of it, and finally touched on how to implement smart arbitration decisions and the legal framework of the subject of smart arbitration .
