The Public Law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a seminar entitled (Guarantee Law No. 18 of 2023), delivered by the lecturer at the Public Law (Dr.Saba Noaman Rasheed ), and in the presence of college lecturers, staff and students, on Tuesday, 2023/12/12 at the model courtroom.
The seminar included the objectives of the Guarantee Law No. 18 of 2023, the means of achieving the objectives, the traditional covered risks and the updated risks (unsecured work, optional accession).
The seminar came up with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to speed up the issuance of law enforcement instructions, the need to enforce the law correctly and not allow the arrival of administrative corruption, especially related to the purchase of service for optional warranty.
