As a completion of the series of practical lectures for the virtual court material, the students of the fourth stage, specifically the divisions (A, C, D), held virtual trials simulating the reality of criminal courts under the supervision of the lecturer of the subject (Asst. Lect.. Durayed Walid Nazzal) lecturer in the Criminal Law, in the model courtroom on Wednesday, 6/12/2023. More than one virtual trial was held for the most important applications of criminal crimes such as murder, attempted murder, hiding the body and others.
The trials witnessed the turnout of a large number of attendees from the students of the fourth stage and other stages, as well as the presence of the administrative assistant (Dr. Harith Ali Ibrahim).
Everyone praised the efforts made by the students and the supervising professor.
At the end of the trials, the lecturer (Durayed Walid) noted the most important legal observations derived from the procedures or objective judgments concluded by the virtual courts.
This step comes to enhance the theoretical aspect by applying what students have learned in virtual courts in preparation for their involvement in the courts after graduation.
