The legal clinic unit held its sixth training workshop for its team in the legal clinics competition under the supervision of the team official (Dr. Nada Abdul Kadhim Hussein) and in cooperation with the State Council by the adviser in the State Council, Dr. Mohammed Madi, on Monday, 2023/12/04 at the State Council building.
The workshop aims to introduce the team to the principles of drafting legislation, the mechanism and rules of drafting legislation, identify the disadvantages of drafting legislation, present models of laws and train them to prepare a law project on the protection of the rights of people with disabilities and special needs.
