The private law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar entitled ( Document signed under a mistake ) a study in English law, delivered by the lecturer at the private law (Dr.Mona Naim Jaaz) and in the presence of postgraduate students, on Sunday, 2023/11/26 at the college of Law Building .
The seminar included a reference to the principle(not really) known in English law as(this is not my deed) being one of the protective principles of real and non-real estate legal actions, one of the principles ensuring that unsatisfactory results and against the interest of the weak party in the contractual relationship do not result in the legal result that would have resulted had it not been for the existence of this principle and the availability of conditions for its application.
