The Public Law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar on a published research entitled (The legal system of labor inspection is a comparative study between Iraqi, Algerian and French law), presented by the lecturer at the Public Law (Dr. Saba Noaman Rasheed ), and in the presence of postgraduate students, on Wednesday, 2023/11/22 at the college of Law Building .
The seminar dealt with the objectives of the inspection, the conditions of the inspector and his obligations, the comparison between his work and the work of the inspector in accordance with the laws of discipline of state employees and the extent of organizational differences between the Iraqi, Algerian and French law.
