The international law at the college of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar on a published research entitled (The role of specialized courts in enshrining enforced disappearance as a violation of the human right to legal personality), presented by the head of the international law (Dr. Mahmoud Khalil Jafar), and in the presence of postgraduate students, on Wednesday, 2023/11/22 at the virtual courtroom.
The lecture included the emphasis on how to choose the title of the research, the form of the research, the results reached by the researcher, the proposed recommendations and the next step on writing the research. As well as the process of searching for a solid Journal to publish in and how to communicate with the Journal, and confirmation of all the directives and instructions of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research and the University of Baghdad regarding the selection of research titles and publishing requirements in international standards, and the need for research to include citations from professors and Research of University of Baghdad.
