Within the activities of the International Entrepreneurship Week, the Criminal Law at the College of Law/University of Baghdad held a seminar entitled (The success story of a number of the first criminal law lecturers)، the session was chaired by Dr. Nibras Ibrahim Muslim, a lecturer in the international law.

Asst. Lect. Duraid Waleed Nazal, the presenter of the criminal law, speaks about his success story at The Bachelor’s stage and obtaining the first rank for the academic year in 2012-2013 and as the first batch within the courses system. In addition, he obtained the first place in his master’s degree in the Criminal Law /College of Law/University of Baghdad.

He spoke about the most prominent obstacles and difficulties that he faced in his study journey, and about the need for self-confidence and perseverance after trusting in God without focusing on personal or public circumstances.

The seminar ended by urging students to make the optimal investment of time, keenness to read, diligence and work on following a specific and planned curriculum by reading and daily follow-up with professors, as well as dealing with the pressures of study and others positively without being affected by negative and frustrating thoughts, whatever their source, and focus towards achieving the set goals and work to achieve them with steady, deliberate and successive steps.
