As part of the activities of the World Entrepreneurship Week, the legal clinic and restorative justice unit held the fourth training workshop for the legal clinics competition team, on Wednesday, 2023/11/15 at the model courtroom at the college. The workshop was delivered by the lecturer in private law and the head of the unit of the legal clinic and restorative justice (Dr. Nada Abdul Kadhim Hussein)
The workshop aims to introduce free legal assistance, present and discuss the role of free legal assistance in supporting and ensuring the rights of people with disabilities and special needs, the position of Iraqi legislation in this regard, and offer types of free legal assistance.
