The unit of the legal clinic and restorative justice held the third training workshop for the team of the legal clinic competition. The session was led by (Asst. Prof. Nada Abdul Kadhim Hussein), head of the legal clinic and restorative justice unit, and delivered by (Asst. Lect. Hiba Naama Mansour) a lecturer in the Public Law, on Wednesday, 2023/11/01, at the model courtroom at the college.
The workshop aims to present and discuss the position of the Iraqi constitution on the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and special needs. As well as the position of the Iraqi legislation in this regard, the obstacles to the enjoyment of rights and privileges by people with disabilities and special needs, the mechanisms of rehabilitation of people with disabilities and special needs and their integration into society.
