The Legal Clinic and Reconciliation Unit at the College of Law, University of Baghdad, held a scientific seminar entitled “The Legal Clinic and its role in legal education” on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the College of Law building.
The seminar aims to introduce the college students, who are volunteers working in the Legal Clinic, to the concept of the Legal Clinic, its establishment history, its purpose, and its role in developing legal education for law students.
The seminar highlighted the importance and necessity of the role of the Legal Clinic in teaching students legal skills and their role in promoting the principles of equality and justice through their voluntary provision of free legal assistance to disadvantaged groups.
