The College of Law organized a scientific training course entitled “Using Mendeley Program” targeting graduate students in the college. It was delivered by the lecturer in the Department of Public Law (Ms. Zeina Rajab Hussein). The course started on Monday, October 9, 2023, and will continue until Thursday, October 12, 2023.
The course aims to develop students’ skills in using the Mendeley program in managing and organizing scientific references in the globally recognized style, emphasizing its adoption in writing letters, theses, and scientific research.
The course covered the benefits of the Mendeley program in managing scientific references, how to download and install the program, different methods of adding references to the program, how to insert references from Mendeley into Word files, choosing the citation style, creating a personal library for references, sharing references with other researchers, searching for a specific reference, removing duplicates, and organizing references into multiple groups.
