As part of the college’s endeavor to pay attention to the practical aspect and develop students’ skills, the Dean of the College, Prof. Ali Hadi Attia, met a number of students who participating in the training program for settling commercial disputes.
The training program includes practical lessons in pleading before courts and commercial arbitration bodies, including:
_ Writing petitions.
_ Editing and drafting bylaws and answering regulations.
– Arbitration procedures in accordance with the rules of international commercial arbitration institutions.
– Practical applications regarding international trade contracts according to the latest judicial and arbitration trends.
– Field visits to the courts of first instance specialized in commercial cases, and related institutions.
